Jermane currently serves his community as a leader on his team in Workforce Development, as well as Lead Deacon at Harvest Church. When not serving, he is passionate about spending time with his family, exercising and growing a daily closer relationship with God. He is many times called “ the most optimistic man in the room”.

Lonnie, retired from King County Sheriffs Department, serves as an associate Pastor at New Salem Baptist. Lonnie also is the Executive Director of the Racial Reconciliation Network, a network of pastors, churches, small groups and businesses committed to Christ- centered and cross-racial ministry partnership.

Guy is a retired airline pilot who volunteers at the local Tacoma Rescue Mission and serves on the board at his local church. He enjoys spending time with his family and taking his car out to the track on the weekend.

Samuel has studied Business Administration at Saint Martin's University, and attended Gonzaga University School of Law. His love of business & outgoing personality have brought him into his role in public service and business consulting with the State of Washington. Samuel resides in Dupont, Washington. When not working or spending quality time with his kids, Sam is an avid Seattle Sports fan, archer, & outdoorsman.

Bobby, born in raised in Tacoma WA, serves his community within the workforce development system and serves as a Pastor at Harvest Church. He is passionate about developing others and seeing local communities thrive. When not serving you will find Bobby spending time with his wife and two kids. His life statement is “so that God be glorified”.
