We provide emergency services such as shelter and food to the homeless or hurting; offer self-sufficiency programs to help lift a person from poverty and break the chains of addiction; support prevention programs and share our Christian faith.

The R.I.S.E. Center is a local non-profit organization based in Tacoma, WA. We aim to help people restore their lives through faith, community support, and a wide variety of services.
The process starts with a short assessment to determine your needs and interests. From there, we get you connected with the right programs and partners to assist you.

Low Income Housing Institute
The Low Income Housing Institute develops, owns and operates housing for the benefit of low-income, homeless and formerly homeless people in Washington State and administers a range of supportive service programs to assist those we serve in maintaining stable housing and increasing their self-sufficiency.
